DOT ORG SYMBOL (.org) proposed by openInvent for ANSI standardization

This symbol is comprised of a dot and an "o" character and meant to symbolize the web extension ".org" more webtail extensions have been posted at tiny.cc/webtails but the images are no longer hosted. Favicons of these can be found at favicon.cc
