Moose crossing (Superseded MUTCDC)
Moose crossing sign as appearing in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada (MUTCDC) fifth edition (2014).
The Moose Crossing sign indicates to road users they are approaching an area where it is known moose often cross the roadway.
The MUTCDC sixth edition (2021) replaced this graphic with a far better one created by volunteer artist Chloë Chapdelaine.
