To decipher the OI Token the Video Fuzzy Logic needs to calculate the number represented in binary scoring math. The vertical lines represent standard binary whereas the horizontal lines are binary times 5 so from top to bottom the lines follow this pattern 5,10,20,40,80,... The Hashtag(Tic-Tac-Toe) symbol is used and the numbers represented are at least 0-90 with multiple representations of the same numbers So at least 90^9 unique patterns 387,420,489,000,000,000 is a lot of sounds for one comic or company as each could be uniquely modified with the addition of an AR/QR symbol.
