There's currently no way to save a draft copy of your poem, but we'll certainly consider adding such a feature in the near future -- for the meantime you may submit your unfinished poem, and edit it later...

Apparently 'get' is also an alternative word for mother in some sense according to the Princeton Wordnet project, therefore it is included in the list.

The numbers associated with the terms are basically the rank of the specific word, among the other words, in terms of usage popularity as it has been calculated using a large corpus of text -- so 'get' is very high on the 77th position of the most popular words in english, while 'parent' is at position #1,771. 'mammy' is very uncommon at place #80267...
